Paulsboro High School competes in the Colonial Conference Patriot Division, which is composed of schools who's enrollments vary greatly for grades 9-12, operating under the supervision of the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association (NJSIAA). The mission of the Colonial Conference is to provide opportunities for schools to work closely together, while promoting educational experiences for student athletes, which will benefit them throughout their lives. The Conference will foster an educationally sound environment that values good sportsmanship, fair play, and a wholesome relationship among participants, spectators, schools, and communities.

Sports Physicals
Our school doctor will be providing free sports physicals on Thursday, November 14th, 2024 at the High School and at Loudenslager during school hours. The physical is good for one year and we will not provide physicals again until May 2025. Any student who doesn’t have an updated physical and would like to participate in a winter or spring sport should sign up right away.
To sign up, please register your student for the sport on FamilyID. Once this is complete, your student will be called down to the nurse to obtain necessary information for their physical. Students with asthma or life-threatening allergies will require additional forms to be completed by their home doctor. All paperwork and FamilyId registration must be submitted by Monday, November 11th to reserve an appointment. If you have any questions, please contact the high school nurse at 856-423-2222 (x2230).
The district utilizes FamilyID for all sports physical registration paperwork. To complete the forms, you may create a free account to gain access to the documents.
